[인사이트].... 기존의 혁신 모델은 사회/국가/시스템에서 어떻게 혁신이 일어나는지 현상을 설명하는 이론적인 모델들이다. 반면 우리의 7 type innovation은 '주체'가 있고 그 주체가 어떻게 혁신을 만들어낼 것인지를 논하는 모델이다. 그리고 공급자가 아닌 고객 관점, 경험이라는 관점이 더해진다. 즉 기존 모델들이 거대 담론, 거시적 모델이라면 7 type innovation은 소규모 기업이나 개인도 실천할 수 있는 미시적 모델 또는 나노적 모델인 것이다. 그래서 우리 사례의 '주체'는 모두 기업이다. 그 중에는 큰 기업도 있고 아주 작은 실험적인 기업도 있고, 공공단체도 있다. 그리고 이 사례들이 주는 공통적인 가치는 'WoW'이다.
