경험은 좋은 선생님이지만, 가장 효과적인 배움은 아니다. Experience is a powerful teacher, but experience itself is not the most efficient way to learn.
그럼 어떻게 경험을 전문성으로 만들 수 있을까? 바로 feedback을 통해서이다.
따라서, 의사 결정 decision과 action에 대한 feedback이 필요하다. 남이 이야기 하기 전에 우리 스스로 적극적으로 얻을 필요가 있다.
어떻게 얻을 수 있을까?
1. Discover - decision requirement table
결정했었던 시점을 기록하라.

It’s late spring and the weather for the last few weeks from the South to the Mid-West has been volatile, with several major thunderstorms. One of these storms knocked out power to a pump station just last week.
Scenario

3. Feedback - Decision making critique
타임 라인을 어땠나? 중요한 판단과 의사결정과 적어라.
- 왜 그것이 어려웠나? Why was this difficult?
- 상황을 어떻게 해석하였는가? 지나고 보니까, 그 때 알아차려야 했었던 단서가 패턴은 무엇이었나? How were you interpreting the situation? In hindsight, what are the cues and patterns you should have been picking up?
- 니가 했던 행동 중에 왜 그걸 골랐나? Why did you pick the course of action you adopted?
- 지나고 보니까, 다른 행동을 선택하거나 골라야 했다면? In hindsight, should you have considered or selected a different course of action?

- 정보에 근거해서 적절한 반응과 문제를 규명하도록 함Challenge trainees to identify the problem and appropriate responses based on the information they receive
