1. Statement of Rights and Responsibilities

This Statement of Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") identifies what you, as a registered user of the Idea Card Site("you" or "user") can expect from Crevate Partners Co.("Company or We") and Idea Card website(www.openideacard.com)("Site") and what Company and Site in turn expect from Users.  By using or accessing IdeaCard website, you agree to be bound by this Statement.

2. Amendments

We can revise this Statement in the range of not violating the Control Act on General Clause or related laws. The most current version will always be at www.openideacard.com/***. 

3. Definitions

Where the following words appear they will have the following meanings.  

1. By "Member or You" we mean a person who has registered to the website by providing basic information. A member has a right to participate in the Global Translation Project and translate the Idea Card. 

2. By "Non-member" we mean a person who or an organization that uses the website without registration. Non-member can use all the functions in the website except for participating in the Global Translation Project. 

3. By "Site" we mean the Idea Card website(www.openideacard.com) that Crevate Partners co. operates. 

4. By "Content" we mean all the data including information, statements, graphics that are provided by "Site". 

5. By "Global Translation Project" we mean the activity of translating the Idea Cards which are provided in Korean, English, and Japanese, into other languages.

6. By "Translated content" we mean the content that is translated by "Member" who has participated in the Global Translation Project. 

4. Privacy Policy

1. You will keep your personal information up-to-date if there have been any changes after registration. We are not responsible for any harm that occurs from the personal information not updated.  

2. We will never provide any of your personal data to a third party without your permission, except for the case of when prompted by law.  

3. We designed our "Privacy Policy" and operate it to keep your privacy safe.   

5. Password and Account Security

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, 

2. You will not share your password, let anyone else access you account. 

3. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  

6. Account Withdrawal

1. A Member can, at any time, withdraw their account by notification. But the translated contents you uploaded on the Site before withdrawal will not be deleted. 

2. If you violate these terms, or otherwise act disrespectfully, disruptively or illegally on the "Site", we reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time without prior notice.  

7. Site Changing and Site Termination

We can change the "Site" and services without prior notice to the members. And the "Site" and services can be terminated at our sole discretion. 

8. Member and ownership of translation

1. All Translations in the Site are covered by our Creative Commons license. You are free to share the Translations with friends, but this use must be made within the terms of the CC license "Attribution - NonCommercial - NonDerivative."  

2. We reserve the right to remove Translation alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion.  

             - You will not use Site to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.

             - You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Site.

             - You will not post content or take any action on Site that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law.

             - You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.

             - You will not collect Content or information, or otherwise access Site, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.

             - You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Site

10. Controlling Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Korea. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the "Site" or to translated "Contents" shall be measured by proper law.
